Economics of Nano emulsification process. Mixing upto 25% commercial grade methanol with tyre pyrolysis oil, cost of methanol with emulsifier Rs.16 per kg, assuming tyre oil @ Rs.30 the effective cost of emulsified oil comes out to be Rs.26.5 per kg , 10000 kg per day gives additional profit of Rs.35000 and 9 lacs per month.
