Greencem Products Private Limited is a professionally managed company established with a motto of producing cost effective, durable, eco friendly building materials. The company brings in the advancements of the materials science with renaissance to waste utilization and value added conversion. Currently in INDIA major production of Electricity is achieved through coal based thermal power plants which is around 50% of the total power generation. Most of the thermal plants utilize a generation old technology consequently the coal ash produced is of lower fineness and typically less than 50% of the Fly ash carries the reactive particle sizes. Larger particles of Fly ash do not provide adequate reactivity and gives only a filler effect. Our company has taken up an innovative step to provide value addition to the low quality Fly ash coming out from the thermal plants. With a new generation classifier and grinding mill, the ash is processed in our plant to enhance the reactive performance. We have the state of the art, energy efficient plant with advanced control system with a capacity of 300 tpd at SIPCOT, Perundurai. Our products will provide immense value proposition to Ready Mix Concrete plants, Flyash Brick units and Cement Roofing Sheets plants as well as Cement Plants. Our products offers about 15 to 20% Cost Savings with better performance. At present the company provides bulk supply of processed Fly ash through bulk tankers or covered tipper trucks as per customer preference.
